Research On Performance Evaluation System In Logistics Enterprises Based On BSC

Accompanying with the rise of the logistics industry, traditional conveyance, warehouse and freight transportation enterprises change to the modern logistics enterprise, the customer's need is in a fast changing world ,the market rivals increase gradually. If we want to keep persistent high performance in the competition, the logistics business enterprises need raise its long-term competition ability on one hand ,on the other hand, evaluating logistics' competition ability also become the issue what both business circle and the academe concern. However the traditional financial performance evaluation has a lot of limits, which can't carry on an overall evaluation on the performance of logistics business enterprises. To solve the collision of the two sides and make up the shortage which the traditional one has, balanced scorecard has put forward a method definitely.From the above-mentioned realistic background ,this thesis introduced BSC, built up evaluation system based on strategy, combined with case analysis, carried on related analysis about how to build up BSC in a concrete logistics business enterprise, and explained how it made influence on the enterprise. This system evaluated the performance of the enterprise from the finance, client, internal operational flow and study and growth, showed its strategic track through mutually drive of the cause and effect relation of these four dimensions, carried out performance evaluation-performance improvement and strategy implement-strategy correction. Finally, it become an improvement circle between the strategy and the target. The BSC not only provided a kind of creative system frame of the performance evaluation for enterprises, but also suggested to build up a systematic relation between salary management and performance evaluation ,which made performance evaluation system become a constitute part of enterprise's strategy management.This thesis mainly used the methods of comparative research, literature research, the analytic hierarchy process and grey relational analysis. Firstly, it elaborated the purpose and meaning of the research, present condition research at home and abroad and its thinking method, then aimed at the present conditions of the characteristic and performance evaluation of logistics enterprises, explained the relative advantages of logistics enterprises using BSC through introducing the basic frame and core thought of BSC , Thirdly, designed the model of logistics enterprise's performance evaluation, put forward the problem about how to build up BSC in the logistics enterprise, which mainly resolved the problems of working out strategy, designing indexes, fixing on proportion and evaluating .Finally, introduced X company into the study, applied the model and put forward my own suggestions about how to build up a valid BSC system in the logistics business enterprise.On the foundation of the research results domestic and international, this thesis relied on BSC, through analyzing BSC system, in order to help the enterprise according to the evaluation result to find out its own minority link, identified and discovered the link that can develop competitive advantages, and contributed to fix on the work target next, which had a certain of maneuverability.
