Research On The Evolution Of Enterprises Trust In Supply Chains

Nowadays, the competition between enterprises has come into the competition between supply chains. We need to pay attention to a problem that how to improve the efficiency of supply chains. However an important element—trust which plays a key role in supply chains enhance the cooperation of enterprises. Trust is the base of enterprises cooperation. On the other hand, trust mechanism is the footstone of operating supply chain successfully. So it is the demand of reality and also an important task not to be avoided by theory research to carry through a system research on trust mechanism in virtual enterprise theoretically.Using some rational factors of theory research and practice for reference, this paper makes some system and thorough research on trust mechanism in supply chain. During the course of writing, the author gives priority to the theory research,on the same time,combining the qualitative and quantitative analysis. In these researches, the theory of game, Hexie theory, some qualitative description models and some quantitative analysis models are used. Of course, these theories and methods all encircle the trust relationship between enterprises of supply chains.The construction arrangement and the main contents of this paper are as the followings: chapter 1 introduces correlative theory research in-and-out about supply chain trust, background, research methods and defined some conception. Chapter 2 introduces some base theories of supply chain trust, such as Hexie theory, evolution game theory and Marxism credit theory.It is the base of enterprises trust in supply chains.Chapter 3 explains the factors which influence the evolution of enterprises trust, containing driving factors and environmental factors. Chapter 4 is the core part of this paper. In this part, the author analyzes evolution mechanism of enterpeises trust based evolution game theory and how to build up and develop supply chain trust in detail. Chapter 5 is an additional part for chapter 4. The article introduces some methods to safeguard the supply chain trust, such as safeguard mechanism, promption mechanism, restriction mechanism, communication mechanism etc. The supply chain trust can be protected and develops through these mechanisms and modes introduced above. The last chapter summarize our research and indicate further research.
