A Study On Comprehensive Evaluation For Coordination Ties Of Supply Chain's Members

With the rapid development of the global economy, more and more enterprises emphasize on the coordination with the partners to improve the supply chain competitive capability. The coordination of the supply chain partners has become an important issue of supply chain management. It can help the enterprise reduce cost; improve the service level and response to the market quickly. Being a whole system, supply chain can be consisted of some sub-system: suppliers, manufacturers, salers. The main contents are as follows:1. Summarized previous studies, the author gave a definition to supply chain and classification based on the former studies, in this process ,and gave the coordination problems faced supply chain and coordination of membership to determine methods and procedures.2. In order to build an optimical appraise model for members of supply chain especially for its core companies which have coordination capability with its upstream and downstream counterpart, the author reviewed exist method and combined the themes of this paper, analised the outline of the supply chain members' coordination and difined the principal of choice indexes and its method to get the original data. All the indexes are built on three aspects: the capable of inner of supply chain's members, information feedback, and operational protection mechanism ties between supply chain's members , baised on the above reserch, this paper built the appraisal system for coordination of supply chain's members.3. This paper researched on core company comprised of supply chain,conducted an empirical analysis by TOPSIS method which based on the 4 core enterprises belonged to specific field, finally gave a strategy and suggestion to improve the performances of supply chain's members from above three aspects. So that improves the theory and methods in supply chain management.this paper build a outline model and appraisal system of supply chain members' coordination ,then give a empirical analysis,through collcetion data, theory reserch and its application, give a guaidline to coordination supply chian members and its decision.
