Happy life is an ever-lasting theme that human pursuit .And also industrial revolution pushes forward the development of society as well as creates enormous material wealth .However ,it causes environmental pollution and destroys ecology ,which seriously threaten human's basic live and development ."Let us not, however, flatter ourselves overmuch on account of our human conquest over nature. For each such conquest takes its revenge on us."Along with the advance of global industrialization, and natural environment pollution occur continuously, which awakened human for blindly conquer and demand.This text analyses ecological environmental issues and its cause during our progress of industrial development and also points out the essential cause is the distorted of development mind. Creating a pleasant ecological environment was considered as one of the four aims of building well-rounded wealthy society in the report of sixteenth congress of Chinese Communist Party. The Third Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee offered scientific progress view. The Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee brought forward the idea of constructing a socialist harmonious society. Both connotations of harmonious society are the harmonious development of human and nature. In 2007,"ecological civilization"has been written in report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the CPC. Building the saving resource type and friendly environment type of society is clearly pointed out in the report. Mechanism of industrial civilization, denial intrinsic value of nature, technological value of conquers; consumption and only pursuit of economic growth and development must be discarded in Ecological civilization. While the affirmation of the organic nature, the intrinsic value of ecological values, harmonious ecological view and technology and pursue the human and the nature harmonious development of sustainable development must be replaced. Therefore during the process of industrialization, implementing new industrialization strategy is the key for thoroughly apply"scientific outlook on development".New Industrialization in China is facing the CPC Central Committee from the start the situation, according to the basic national conditions and choices. Large population, inadequate per capita natural resources, ecological environment, and pressure is China's basic national conditions. Extensive mode of production, resource consumption and environmental pollution being made for the cost of economic growth is unsustainable, the need to achieve production from extensive to intensive, low input, low pollution and high-yield new development model with minimal environmental costs of economic development resources, with minimal economic cost of environmental protection to achieve harmony between economic development and environmental protection. Local governments at all levels should conscientiously implement the scientific concept of development, establishing the scientific concept of political achievements in the development of the economy at the same time great attention to ecological and environmental protection, out of a high technological content, good economic returns, low resource consumption, little environmental pollution and human resource advantages into full play of industrialization.
