Study On The Path Of Shanxi's Green Transformation And Development From The Perspective Of Marxist Ecology

The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)made it clear that "promoting green development" is one of the important contents of Xi Jinping's thought on ecological civilization in the new era.As an important province of coal resources in China,shanxi must face and solve the problem of getting rid of resource dependence and going on the road of green development.From the perspective of marxist ecological view,this paper analyzes green development and puts forward a series of development countermeasures under the guidance of Chinese traditional ecological thought,marxist human and nature thought and Xi Jinping ecological civilization thought.The core of green development is to change the mode of development and realize harmonious social development.As a resource-based region,shanxi has made great contributions to national construction for a long time.But at the same time,problems such as overexploitation have come at a huge cost.Rich resources should be the accelerator of regional economic development based on resources,but if they are not adapted to social development and the transformation is not timely,the economic development will be hindered.After the global economic crisis in 2008,due to the impact of the coal market price,the economic development of shanxi has been impacted,which is not conducive to the improvement of ecological environment and the realization of people's better life.This paper analyzes the current situation of shanxi's green development from the aspects of development consciousness,industrial structure,energy conservation and emission reduction,and ecological civilization construction,and analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by green development to shanxi.On this basis,the existing problems of shanxi's green development are analyzed from the aspects of industrial structure,institutional mechanism,scientific research innovation and environmental governance tasks,and the causes of the problems are analyzed from the aspects of ecological responsibility consciousness,institutional mechanism,legal system,technological innovation,resource and environmental constraints.Finally,by combining theory with practice,this paper puts forward Suggestions on shanxi's green development from the following aspects: adhering to the concept of green development,transforming the mode of economic development,improving the ability of scientific and technological innovation,cultivating green lifestyle and perfecting the system and mechanism.The marxist ecological view has been guiding our green development path.Xi Jinping thought on ecological civilization provides theoretical guidance and points out the direction for solving the current environmental problems in shanxi.At the beginning of the new era,we should have the courage to explore and contribute to the construction of a beautiful shanxi.
