Today,training has become known and to participate in an activity. This activity is widely used in various social organizations, business units, and even school education. Training is an organized approach to learning, organizations of training is for trainees to learn new skills, knowledge or attitudes, or solve work problems. Business or educational institutions, organizations want to obtain the corresponding training effect, so that investment in training was not wasted, so lots of researchers have focused on the training effect. However, in reality, accessing to program of each type of teacher training during the graduate, I have found that each of the organizers or trainers want to maximize the training effect, but the effectiveness of the training did not lead to students sufficient attention on my experience.Therefore, this paper attempts to explore that how to promote the transfer of training of trainees by actual conditions, to design training design model based on transfer of training. The article is divided into the following aspects of the analysis and research: First, this analysis from the perspective of the training literature related to the concept of transfer, study of transfer of training understand the direction and trends of transfer of training in the current study. Based on the analysis in the literature, through interviews and questionnaires designed to understand the transfer knowledge, comprehension and attitude of roles related to training, to grasp the current status of transfer. Furthermore, based on a number of case studies, the article has integrated feature different objects, summed up the case of a successful training experience in the design. It's pave the way for training design model oriented to transfer of training. The article designs the model of training by training theory from the perspective of internal transfer of the trainees.Third, this training model is applied to the design of pilot projects - a university's Moodle skills training project. And researcher has as far as possible collected the data and information of training transfer, to use to validate generalizability of the model, and summarized relevant experience to add revised model.Finally, the study summed up the achievements and contributions and put forward the problems in the study and direction for further research. Moreover, I make some suggestions for the development of training.
