More and more companies are looking for ways to improve their efficiency and reduce their costs with the recession of global economic. They also have come to realize the core position of marketing in the companies. However, marketing environment is complex, so more in-depth and effective marketing theories are needed to guide the marketing activities. And market auditing provides a solution for this problem.The first part of this paper describes the market auditing in theory. Then basing on the actual situation the author built up a system of market auditing for Jilin Dongguang Group. This system includes environment auditing, strategy auditing, organization auditing, performance auditing and other aspects of the market auditing business.This paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth application of market auditing to the corporate marketing activities for the first time. And it also has guiding significance for the further use of market auditing in the enterprises.
