Thoughts On Speeding Up Highway Construction To Upgrade The Development Of Tourism In Sichuan

With the development of the world economy,tourism has become the world's largest and fastest-growing industries. There are six major elements of tourism,that is,"food,shelter,transportation,travel,purchase,and entertainment."Traffic in the development of the tourism industry occupies an important position. Advances in the auto industry & motor transport promote the continuous development of the road network. This has become a modern road transport development needs of the industrial structure of the backbone of transport. Highway links the city and the area. Its construction of the tourism industry has played a positive role in promoting. However,some problems have followed.For the rapid development of tourism,Sichuan becomes to be one of fastest-growing areas in tourism industry. Tourism road construction played a huge role. Sichuan provincial government has decided to include in the tourism industry of the province's economic development. Sichuan will be made into a strong tourist economy development decisions. Recent years,though the transportation has been improved,but road traffic was still restricted the economic development, in particular was one of the bottlenecks of tourism economics'development.Judging from the current study,there were a lot between highway construction and tourism. But most of those studies are on the road planning or landscape design. There were a fat of system researches on the relation between the highway construction and the development of tourism,in particular for the Sichuan. Discussions and studies on the Chuan-jiu road was the most , which was considered to be a demonstration project in harmony with the natural environment and road traffic.This article was based on the analysis of the tourism point of view rather than the perspective of road construction. Road traffic plays an important role on the tourism and construction along the region's economic development. The article clearly pointed out the disharmonies between the road traffic and Sichuan tourism,especially in the transition phase of the Sichuan tourism. The author suggested highway transportation'construction should be based on the economic development of Sichuan's tourism. Finally,this article was created after the earthquake,hoping it could offer some useful references to Sichuan tourism's reconstruction or the tourism market back to normal.
