Study On The Theory And Meathod Of Regional Tourism Highway Network Planning

The proportion of tourism Industry production value in our country's GDP has been increasing in recent years, with the everlasting, fast development of the tourism Industry. According to WTO's forecast, the proportion of tourism total production value in China will be up to 10 percentages by year 2020. And then the tourism Industry will veritably be one of the major supporting Industries. However, as the important guarantee and premise to the regional tourism Industry, regional tourism highway networks exists such problems as illogical framework, inadequate reach; out of systemic network; relatively low grade results in poor safety and comfort; disharmony between the roadway sight and the environment, and so on. At the same time, the tourism pattern changes from visiting into entertaining, which brings forward new requirements to tourism highway planning. The main purpose of this text is to do benefits to regional tourism highway network planning and management, through summarizing the experience on highway network planning and management home and abroad and eliciting theory and method of highway network planning.At first, the meanings of regional tourism highway network planning were discussed in this text. And the systemic schema of regional tourism highway network planning was put forward, through discussing the research status quo of highway network, and drawing conclusions on the shortcomings of current regional tourism highway network planning.Secondly, the differences between tourism highway and normal highway and the status of the tourism highway network planning were analyzed, moreover, the systemic components of regional tourism highway network, and the hierarchy partition of regional tourism highway network and planning principles to each hierarchy partition were brought forward.Then, the principles of regional tourism highway traffic forecast were put forward, after the characteristics of tourism traffic were analyzed. A relatively systemic regional tourism highway traffic modeling and method to traffic forecastand distribution was brought forward, based on others' research results. The meanings of tourism highway sight and the principles to which the design of tourism highway sight should follow were simply discussed afterward.Moreover, the indexes to the comprehensive evaluation of regional tourism highway planning were brought forward, and its comprehensive evaluation system was put up accordingly, which were based on the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Thus, the effect of regional tourism highway planning can be estimated by the satisfactory degree.Finally, the research results of this text were demonstrated by the case of "JinTang county tourism road network planning".
