A Research On The Reform Of Chinese Rural Land System Basic On Global Perspective

Rural land Problems are the key issue of the agriculture, countryside and farmers in currently violent economic transition Period. Every classes and socials aspect is involved in the conflicts of the rural land interest. So, rural land problem is the beginning of the Chinese social issues fields. In content this paper includes three parts. The first part will introduce the theories of rural land and institutional change in new institutional economics. The second part will introduce the experience about land institution reform of other countries for reference and historically review and summarize the land institutions in times after reform and opening police.This article concluded that:Even if in a long period of time, China's current rural land system-agricultural land collectively owned, the household contract system of land will exist in name, but its connotation and extension will continue to change, adhere to the rural land continuous improvement under the premise of collective household contract responsibility system in particular, to further standardize and improve the Farmland rights transfer system should be he direction of reform of China's Agricultural Land system.
