Besides the aboves, shortcomings can also be seen in these aspects, namely, management without distinctiveness, low level of management, low ethical standards of employees, and valuing explicit cost rather than implicit cost. In this thesis, the city's tourism hotels are recommended to work jointly to promote its sound and sustainable development under the complicated situations through utilizing fully its geological advantages, custom-oriented management, and key competitiveness of the advantageous resources. And specific measure are available for promoting the hotel development as follows, thinking highly of human resources development, insisting in green management, establishing green hotels, paying special attention to the application of hi-tech products, building cultural brands, setting up hotel images, and strengthening the cooperation between related industries.
