Human Dimensions Of Technology Innovation

In the industrial economy era technological innovation continues to be deeply studied in theory as well as improved in practice, which drives the development of society and economy. However a series of negative effect had been shown during this process, which caused absence of human values, due to impact of benefit first of the traditional values of the economic interests. Therefore, while vigorously promoting technological innovation, we must focus on unification of intrinsic value and application value, technology and human values. The healthy development of Economic and society cannot be independent from its soft support-human values.The creativity of this paper is shown how to explore the meaning and significance of the human value in means of human dimensions of technology innovation systematically. The article consisting of three parts, humanistic orientation of technology innovation goals, technology innovation process in the human factors and the social value of innovation, without exception, is mainly discussing close relationship of technology innovation and humanities. The article concentrates on characters, constitution, processing problem of the technology innovation in a view of cultural values , intending to illustrate that the technology innovation only with the mutual integration of human values in order to achieve true sense of the overall development.From the philosophical point of view, the essence of human cognition and practice is innovation meanwhile innovation is the embodiment of the highest value of life, which reflecting the social and human values; The social attributes of the technology externalizes the human nature forces and stands for the purpose and values of the human not only as a tool. Thus, technological innovation naturally loads human values as a new production function integration.Technological innovation is a human-specific social practice and the whole process involves many social factors, influenced by various of social condition and its driving forces include intuition, ideas, a good cultural environment. Meanwhile innovative culture and, Scientific custom also ensure the smooth development of the technology innovation.In the social environment, technology innovation cannot be independent from the need of society and human is the basic unit of society so the need of the society is equal to human need. Human needs and values play a leading role to the technology innovation activities. Human should guide the technology innovation to move toward its own benefit and finally to improve people's survival position in the nature, simultaneously promoting the development of material civilization and spiritual civilization.The value of the result of technology innovation exists in different aspects and influences society in many ways, starting from economy, and gradually ethic, culture and other sectors. However, technology innovation is a complicated system and has certain contradiction between its intrinsic value and application value. The uncertain consequence of innovation cause multiple possibility: technological innovation could bring benefit to human but also hardship unavoidably.We should scientifically treat problems arising from lack of humanity: first of all it should be recognized that the development process of technology innovation brings the human benefits and its positive value much more than its negative effect; secondly technology innovation meets physical need of human also should not forget harmonious development of human, human and nature, human and society, highlighting the humanistic value of technological innovation.Therefore, technology innovation as the co-product of social interests and cultural values loads with humanistic value and should be guided by people's cultural values namely the human dimension - issues emerging in the process of technology innovation. In this means we could ensure the technology innovation to propel the healthy development of society, and realize the ultimate concern of human.
