Research Of Communication Management In Project Of Audit Informationization

With the start-up of"Golden Audit Project", audit institutions across the country are rising enthusiasm into the building it, of which network construction, applications system construction, databases and hardware infrastruction and etc. obtain results effectively. But in the process of building and use, there are varying degrees of frustration in pushing forward. After analysis, the reasons is that in the initial stage of the project we may be under-estimation of occurrence in projects; in the stage of usage we analyse inadequately auditors capability of using application, ignoring case tracking and communication management. Resulting in the emergence of great importance to the hardware and software systems structures, neglect of the actual system application of system, and impact of the ultimate goal of the informationization project.In this paper, I have studied communication management, one of the project management, using comprehensively communication networks, communication form, communication methods, psychological factors and resolving the obstacles to communication and other related knowledge. Through analysis of the phenomenon and the underlying causes of the problems in audit informationization project and application process, to explore the communication strategy for the implementation and assess the efficiency of communication means in the hope of promoting the IT projects of audit and applications smoothly.First of all, discussed the research of application in audit informationization and communication management up to now, analyzed background and significance of communication management in IT projects of audit, pointing out that effective communication management is crucial to the success of project, effective communication management is the important link that connects the project plan and outcome, an important tool by which achieving the objective and improving the system.Secondly, studyed the relevant basic knowledge of communication management, such as concept , model and role. Descripted generally the audit informationization project, researched the relationship between the audit informationization and audit business, impact of audit informationization, to find methods by the use of communication management knowledge and tools to solve the program in project of audit informationization.Next content is the research for strategy of communication management, analysed objective environment and characteristics of audit informationization project, and studied communication object, communication form, communication networks, communication methods and communication barriers involved in communication.Then, put forward an effective method of communication, defined information factors, human factors, organizational factors and environmental factors. Descripted correctness principle, integrity principle, timeliness principle and informal organization principle of effective communication, and further pointed out that communication management between different professions should be more positive and constructive. The following is the research on actual audit informationization project case, studied deviation existed in project, measures of communication management to improve the outcome of project, as well as assessed the efficiency of the means of communication.Finally, this paper made summary for the main work and outlook.
