In recent years, tourism has been developing rapidly in China, and it has became an important point of GDP growth. However, the modern tourism has caused more and more serious problems. How to develop the tourism resources reasonably, to make the tourism resources to be used entirely,In order to achieve economic development and environmental protection,make sure the sustainable development of the regional tourism,all of these have been concerned by both government officials and tourism widely. This paper, taking Liaoning Province as an example, Liaoning Province is one of the important province in the north-eastern, with the opportunity of tourism development in coastal countries, it has been one of the important regional economic growth in the Bohai rim. The rise of the tourism industry in Liaoning Province elevates its strategic position in China. With the further improvement of traffic location, Liaoning Province will be developed into an important regional hub city in Northeast Asia. As a result of geographic conditions and government policies lead to the tilt of the uneven development of the tourism industry, it is not coordinated with the current regional economic development. Therefore, how to achieve the healthy development of the tourism industry in this particular region has become the foremost task. On the foundation of studing the realated traveling spatial structure theories in domestic and foreign region,the paper analyzes the development and trends of the region tourist resources spatial structure system, come to the uneven development of regional tourism space. This paper proposes a number of optimization programs on the basis of the system research. Chapter one is about to research background, research methods of spatial structure of tourism, the purpose of the research papers, research significance and the basic framework. Chapter two reviews the basic spatial structure of tourism theory and some of the researches within and outside China from analysis .Chapter three is the part of the important, it analysis the tourism resources, tourism markets, traffic conditions in Liaoning Province with the method of qualitative, quantitative and mathematical. Chapter three also summarizes the tourist areas in Liaoning Province systematicly, and come to the conclusion that :1. At present, the development of tourism resources in Liaoning Province is unbalance, tourist attractions concentrated on Shenyang and Dalian as the center of dual-core model of tourism development, formed the center of radiation with a powerful force. 2.The tourist traffic route network in Liaoning Province is improving rapidly, especially in Shenyang and Dalian city. However, individual regions such as the city of Chaoyang, which affect the development and utilization of local tourism resources due to the lower transportation access. 3. The domestic tourism market is dispersed and the foreign tourism market is concentration. Chapter four propose a number of optimization program with the results of the analysis.
