Therefore, carries on the deep research discussion to Anhui Hefei area and the peripheral fresh agricultural product circulation system, establishes the consummation highly effective fresh agricultural product circulation system have the significant theory significance and the practical significance to enhance food safety,reduce the fresh agricultural products'cost,fully display fresh agricultural products'economic efficiency,enhance the agricultural products'competitive power, and increase the farmers' income.This paper systematically combed the theory of agricultural products, elaborate the fresh agricultural product's category, characteristic, and the fresh agricultural product circulation system to fresh agricultural product market's influence as well as fresh agricultural product circulation's restriction factors. And then conduct a comparative study on main circulation system, circulation patterns, circulation management and infrastructure in developed countries and our country, concluded that developed countries have a mature circulation system of fresh agricultural products and live farm product wholesale market played an important role in this system.
