Study On The Land Use Structure Optimization On Zaoyang

If the land utilization structure is reasonable or not is directly relates to the economic objectives ,the social objectives and the ecological objectives. With the acceleration of the process of China's industrialization and the continuous improvement of urbanization level, contradictory between human beings and the land is aggravating.How properly use the land in order to make the land have largest effectiveness has being increasingly became the focus of people's attention and study.In this paper,basing on the discussion in related concepts and basic theories about land use structure optimization and layout,it takes Zaoyang city as an example to do the empirical study.In this paper,the land utilization structure optimization and zoning system includes the status quo of land use analysis subsystem, the land-use spatio-temporal changes analysis subsystem, land-use diagnostic subsystems and land use structural optimization subsystem and land use zoning subsystem.The land-use analysis subsystem includes land-use structure analysis, the comprehensive analysis of land use degree and analysis of land use efficiency;The land-use spatio-temporal changes analysis subsystem includes analysis of land-use spatio-temporal structure change and analysis of the land-use changes in number.Land-use diagnostic subsystem includes characteristics of land-use structure and problems in land use which get after the status quo of land use analysis and land-use spatio-temporal changes analysis.The study shows that there are the following characteristics of land-use structure of Zaoyang city:high significance of the difference of land-use structure in each town,higher index of Gibbs-Martin in each town, difference in index of centralisation of each town, lower types of land use comination in each town and complete land-use type with location indice; there are the following problems in land use : decrease of the cultivated land quantity ,unreasonable land-use structure, lower land-use economic benefits and lower utilization degree of construction land.Land-use structure optimization subsystem includes land-use large-scale system structure optimization, the agricultural land sub-system structure optimization and the construction land sub-system structure optimization.In this paper,it optimizes the land-use structure with the layered approach , which gets the best areas of the agricultural land and construction land through the structural optimization of large-scale system,then set up different objective function and constraint conditions in internal of the agricultural land and construction land to optimize, and gets final optimization results at last.This method can effectively prevent the imbalance of the ratio between the agricultural land and the construction land,and can set different objective functions according to the different functions of the agricultural land and the construction land to achieve the best comprehensive benefit.The results show that the layered approach is feasible,the optimized land-use structure can bring better benefit for Zaoyang cityThe land-use zoning subsystem is one of the most important aspect of research of this article.Land-use zoning is a key step of the study after completion of the optimization of land use structure,and is an important basis for carrying out the optimized land-use structure on the space. According to the basic thinking of the eleventh five-year plan sketch about main-functional zones in China and the actual situation in Zaoyang city,this paper build a land-use zoning indicators.Then cluster partition with the use of SPSS,and divides the Zaoyang city into four districts ,which includes key development zones, the priority zones ,restricted zones and the prohibitional development zones.Finally,it analyse the characteristics of land-use of each district, and guide and arrange land use for different functional areas in order to raise the utilization rate of land and maintain the sustainability of land use.
