Presently, Chinese enterprises face not only the world economic globalization but the current economic transformation domestically. In face of such chances and challenges, many enterprises are searching ways to improve their overall performance and enhance their competency. As a cruical factor in an enterprise's development, stategic performance management greatly influnces the company's competency and future development.Considering the important role of strategic performance in a company's development, this thesis makes a prudent research on the current study methods employed in strategic performance evaluation and discovers that the past evaluations are either pure financial estimation or partial appraisal of an enterprise. The past evaluation methods, which estimate an enterprise's performance in a static way, lead to the failure of in-time and precise overview of a company's stategy and hence result in the disjoint of the company to its stragetic environment. Therefore, this thesis puts forth the following points: obtaining the company's stragetic performance index by studying the average enterprises' development strategies, dynamically estimating these data by employing the exsiting methods, shaping the dynamic evaluation model by making a comprehensive dynamic integration of the above figures, and consequently offers a brand-new strategic evaluation method theoretically and pratically.This thesis makes a study of enterprise's dynamic performance evaluation mainly from the following points: firstly, by researching the strategic performance evaluation theories at home and abroad, this thesis illustrates a dynamic evaluatation system of strategic performance which is based on the enterprise's developing environment. Secondly, on the above basis, analyzing the core dynamic indexes of the enterprise's strategies, estimating them by employing the exsiting methods, and hence shaping the dynamic evaluation model. Thirdly, evaluating the enterprise's strategic performance, forecasting and analyzing the company's annual performance. In the summary part, by theory analysis and case study, this thesis points out that dynamic strategic performance evaluation system can give an overview of the enterprise's developing situation in a dynamic way, and hence provide theoretic support to the enterprise's healthy and consisitent development. Last but not least, this thesis offers an analysis of the difficulties which the dynamic strategic performance evaluation meets in practice and points out the deficiencies that exist in this thesis.
