The reasonable income distribution difference is an inevitable emergence in the movement of the modern socialistic market economy,and also is necessary. There is reasonable income distribution difference among the urban and rural residents,can bring the effective mechanism of incentives and make labor force,funds,technique get efficient application and produce more material and spiritual civilization satisfying society's need. This can promote the social advance and increase people life level. The urban and rural resident income distribution difference condition in our country is: The income difference draws apart completely: the gap between rich and poor is bigger,having come to the level of polarizing in parts of regions,or some realms. These become the factors that influence society stabilization. But it still is placed in the reasonable scope on the whole.
