They are land reform, cooperatives–collectivization and contracting system. Among them, the periods of land reform and cooperatives - collectivization are very similar to the situation in China. Contracting system experienced two stages:"Third-Five Steps"contracting system and the family contracting system."Third-Five Steps"contracting system works under the framework of cooperatives–collectivization system, it only contracts some aspects of production with individuals. The family contracting system and the household contracting system in China have substantially the same form. This thesis discusses Vietnam's rural land policy in various periods. During the North and South Vietnamese regime periods; Hanoi and Saigon regime have different land policies in the rural areas. In addition, this thesis has also introduced the Land Acquisition in Vietnam and the Government's relevant measures. The Vietnamese land reform and rural land policy in agricultural cooperative-collectivization have deeply branded on the imprint of the China. During the sub-contracting system period in Vietnam, the measures such as exchanging field together, developing estate economy and putting the rights of land property into the actual using rights of farmers are worth of our reference, but on the contrary we should overcome their negative sides. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Vietnam, Village, Land Policy, Land Reform, Cooperative Union, Contracting System, Requisition of Land | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
