With the economic development and the deepening of specialization, new industries, new technology has mushroomed in the world before, technological invention and application of the progressive direction to become a professional, technical services industry emerged as a new. At present, China's emerging technical services industry in the fast-growing, existing management theory and best practices can not effectively address the emerging technologies in the service-oriented enterprise development problems. Through analysis the critical success factors of technology service enterprise, the purpose of this paper attempts to provide a theoretical reference for the managers and decision makers of emerging technology service enterprises.First of all, based on the theory of research on service-oriented technology companies and the critical success factors, this article has been extracted the critical success factors from technical services companies to implement effective management, such as strategy, organization, human resources, culture, knowledge management. In the end, building the critical success factors business model of service-oriented technology companies. Secondly, to A technical services company as an example, this article has been analyzed the current management problems of enterprises. Through the analysis of this problem, in this article, author extracts the critical success factors of enterprises and implemented optimal design of management system to industry. Finally, in accordance with the actual situation of A business, this article verified the theoretical model of critical success factors of technical service-oriented enterprises and drawn a conclusion that grasp the key factors are very important for service-oriented enterprises to implement effective management . First, we should have a clear strategic vision and through analysis strategic environmental in order to Choose the right development strategy and do a good job in the implementation of the strategy and evaluation; The second is to establish a rational organizational structure, good communication and be accountable to the key business processes so as to optimize and improve the efficiency of the organization; Third, core staff and technical staff should be management effectively. Rational use means of remuneration and performance appraisal to stimulate staffs' enthusiasm and creativity; The fourth is to shape a learning-oriented corporate culture in order to create a good atmosphere for business development; The fifth is to strengthen knowledge management, establish platform of enterprise knowledge management, through effective knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage and knowledge sharing to enhance the overall technical level of enterprises.
