| How to develop pharmaceutical industrial smoothly? How to upgrade pharmaceutical industrial clusters? These questions have become our country's strategic topics. This paper focus on Jiangsu's pharmaceutical industrial clusters ,begin with the reality of Jiangsu's pharmaceutical industrial ,study on the necessity and possibility of the upgrade of Jiangsu's pharmaceutical industrial clusters .The aim of this paper is working out the proposal of the upgrade of Jiangsu's pharmaceutical industrial clusters, leading the development of Jiangsu's pharmaceutical industrial reasonably , promoting the development of Jiangsu's economy develop fast.To keep the leading position of Jiangsu's pharmaceutical industrial in China ,promote the upgrade of Jiangsu's pharmaceutical industrial clusters ,and Strengthen the competition ability of Jiangsu's pharmaceutical industrial ,with the review of some theories such as Industry Chain , Value Chain ,and Industrial Clusters , combine the reality and mode of Jiangsu's pharmaceutical industrial clusters ,analysis the path of the upgrade of Jiangsu's pharmaceutical industrial clusters ,point out the strategy of the upgrade of Jiangsu's pharmaceutical industrial clusters ,such as OEM -ODM-OBM, the upgrade of industrial chain, promoting technology innovation, promoting scale economy, promoting ecosystem of pharmaceutical industry, and taking use of FDI .The conclusion of this paper are:to overcome the problem of Jiangsu's pharmaceutical industrial clusters ,such as poor connections among the enterprises, upgrading difficulties, the short industrial chain, the low level of innovation .Some measures as follows should be performed ,such as clarifying the role of the government, distributing pharmaceutical industrial properly, promoting technology innovation, creating brand strategy, upgrading the value chain, upgrading the ability of international operation, designing proper industrial policy. |
