In recent years, floor heating material as construction materials, was developing fast, after fierce brand competition and price competition, the different brands of products almost got the same quality in brand awareness, product technology, performance, quality, price, etc. Therefore, the distribution channels for enterprise management as a key element in growing enterprises, but by their own understanding of the objective conditions and environmental constraints, its original distribution channels with some problems and contradictions: on the weak control of channel, channels with low efficiency, high cost and apparent channel conflict. How to improve the problem of the existing channels has become the urgent aspect that enterprise need to be addressed, Roma was not built one day, by putting in a lot of necessary human, material and financial resources, the process required a longer period of time. Therefore, once through the distribution channels for enterprises to obtain competitive advantage, competitors would be difficult to imitate in a short period of time, thereby differentiated marketing channel mode set up the core of enterprise competitiveness. Therefore, a study on floor heating material industry on its distribution channels model has a high application value and practical significance.In this paper, the use of distribution channels management theories and methods, through investigation and analysis, integrating theory with practice, to examine the existing building materials enterprises to warm the status and characteristics of distribution channels, as well as their background, the advantages of disadvantage; In this paper, the main innovation lies in the fact that through to warm the building materials industry survey analysis, to warm the building materials industry development trend of distribution channels made a prediction; further designed to warm the channels new model building materials, and noted that the new channel model in the implementation of the specific requirements of the course.In this paper, the first chapter of the thesis is the introduction. Telling the background and significance and illustrated the framework of the basic writing and innovation of this article; Chapter II Literature Review Introduction introduces the floor heating material's distribution channels with the basic theory and channel model, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different views and put forward the views of the author himself, in order to lay the foundation for the study below; Chapter III talks about the floor heating materials industry distribution channels model design, based on existing market conditions put forward a new distribution model. Chapter IV focus on building distribution channels in the face of the implementation of the process conditions; Chapter V of this article summarize the concluding remarks, pointing out that the main conclusions of this paper as well as the next step in the direction of the research.
