The Social Evaluation Of The Hydraulic Projects Of Huangshuihe Base In Longkou City

Influenced by traditional development thought, people often pay more attention to the evaluation of National economy and finance and neglect or make superficial evaluation of social evaluation. The practicein dicated that it can't solve many problems such as income allocation, environment deterioration, population rising, unemployment and the widening gap between the rich and the poor.Then the social and environment problems must be considered except economic evaluation.Especially to the irrigation projects such as anti-flood, migration projects.So the social evaluation to the irrigation projects has the greater mean. But the research and appliance of social evaluation in irrigation projects in China is still on the primary stage.It is not fit for the rapid development of social and economic.From the viewpoint of sociology, this dissertation studied the theory on social evaluation of hydraulic projects.The social evaluation index system projects and the fuzzy integrated evaluation model for social evaluation of hydraulic were dealt with in this dissertation.First of all, the evaluation fundamental theory of social evaluation of the construction projects and index system theory were reviewed.Secondly, the characteristics of social evaluation theory for hydraulic projects were discussed, and the methodology of how to set the social evaluation index system for hydraulic projects was dealt with in this dissertation.Thirdly, Then the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used in social evaluation of hydraulic projects, and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy integrated evaluation model for social evaluation of hydraulic projects was established.Last, the Hydraulic Project of Huangshuihe base was studied as a social evaluation case,and it was shown that the Hydraulic Project was of great social benefit.
