The global competition has becoming more intensely, and the living spacefor enterprise becoming more indetermination, so the battle for attractingtalented persons stepping into a strategic stage. Using equity theory to designa scientific, reasonable, fair, and effective salary system to attract, retain andmotivate talented person is the key to maintain the core competitive ability ofenterpriseThe construction of salary system involves many different aspects, ofwhich the key processe job evaluation is of great importance and significance. Many researcher has developed various technologies for job evaluation, forexample, Ranking Method, Classifying Method, Point-Factor Method, etc. However, these job evaluation methods cannot solve distinct issues in theprocesses of job evaluation, such as uncertainties of decision making andindistinct of evaluating, which makes the outcomes of job evalation not soaccurate and scientific. Recently, fuzzy mathematics evaluating technologies, such as fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and interval analytic hierarchyprocess, have been widely applied to management decisions and evaluationresearch, which makes the evaluating results more suitable and precise. The dissertation takes the NAT Co. as the research subject. Firstly, through reading literature, analysis of job description and expert interviews, this paper designs a questionnaire and selects reward factors with relatedstatistic method. Then all the indexes of reward factors are empowered withinterval analytic hierarchy process and jobs’ value is evaluated by fuzzycomprehensive evaluation. At the end of the paper, in order to compare fuzzyevaluation techniques and traditional evaluation techniques, this paper makesuse of data comparison and the regression analysis to reach quantitativeconsequences, which shows that fuzzy mathematics evaluating technologies can improve the accuracy and reliability of job evaluation outcome.
