The current competition for talent, especially for the enterprise's core employees has more and more evolved into a smoke-free war. At the business community, on the one hand there is the cruelty competition for talent outside of their own enterprise, on the other hand, there are also exist the situation using and excavting the ability of internal talents not enough, causing the devaluation and even the loss of personnel. Use the capacity of internal talent effectively can not only reduce the human resource cost for enterprises indirectly but more importantly be able to benefit enterprises in the fierce market competition to win the advantage. Job burnout is a series of physical, mental and behavioral responses resulting from a long period stiuation working under the pressure,as the enterprises were in an increasingly competitive market conditions and each employee was given more responsibilities and higher job demands. Lack of effective mitigation, the individual is prone to emotional exhaustion, job involvement decreased, lower of job satisfaction, and even the tragedy of suicide. Physical and mental fatigue, reduced ability to work, loss of job enthusiasm, deterioration of interpersonal relationship and so on are the typical symptoms of job burnout. In order to be able to resolve or reduce the influence of job burnout on job performance and physical and psychological on core employees, this article made an in-depth study on job burnout, job performance, job satisfaction and the correlation of the three terms.This study was based on the Jiaodong region and take the core employees as the research object.Based on previous studies, I raised my research proposal to examine, then under the premise of case interview I produced the research questionnaire and made a deeper understanding and analysis of job burnout, job performance, and the status of job satisfaction core employees in Jiaodong areas. Through empirical research we got the following conclusions: the job burnout of the core employees in Jiaodong region was at a relatively high level,and emotional exhaustion is of the most prominent; job burnout had a significant impact on job performance, but the job performance's impact on job burnout is more significantly; mission performance and emotional exhaustion and professional efficacy had significant correlation, and emotional exhaustion and alienation mainly affects contextual performance; The impact on job satisfaction are main alienation factors, the tendency to leave had significant correlation with core employees' professional efficacy mostly; the size of workload mainly impact emotional exhaustion; alienated mainly had correlation with role ambiguity & miscommunication , and negatively correlation with the size of the workload; professional efficacy had relation with role ambiguity & miscommunication; The level of job burnout on core employees mainly be influenced by the gender, age, education and post of the job at the individual level,and with no relationship in marital status and the nature of units; Finally based on research findings, from the human resources management perspective the researcher raised some management measures on job burnout.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part was Preface and mainly introduce the research background, research purposes, meaning and thought; the second part of the thesis is literature review,and the main introduction of this part is the core employees, job burnout, job performance related to the three aspects of the concept and theory; In the third part I designed the study program; In the fourth part I made empirical studies on the collection of data and verified the assumptions made; the fifth part made a summary, pointing out the lack of the thesis and expectation on follow-up studies.
