Study On Aid Mechanisms For Declining Industries Of Resource-based City In Mid-China's Rising

As a important type of city, Resource-based Cities have made great contributions to China's economic development and improve the living standards. However, with the depletion of resources, Resource-based Cities are faced with the "City of waste ore dried up" Therefore the government guidance and the scholars researches on Resource-based Cities have been done to solves the problems .In the paper, based on resource-based cities in Mid-China's, mechanisms for aid declining industries are to be explored. Resource-based industries are the city's pillar industries. The industrial recession problem caused by depletion of resources, relying on the single market regulation, will not be solved completely. So the paper believe In time :to build resource-based cities difficulty level model and analysis of early-warning model; in space: to research the micro-enterprises from the recession of the assistance mechanism and macro-government assistance to the city's recession game model. in the last , Pingxiang's Coal industry has been studied as a case.
