Since the 1980s, many western developed countries have continually launched administrative reform movement. Reform the traditional monopoly of the supply of public services model, the implementation of public service marketization has become the universal choice. With China's market economy development and the deepening of reform of the administrative system, deregulation, breaking the monopoly and the growing voice of vigorously supporting the development of the private economy, the discussion of public service marketization have aroused widespread interest. But, China is still a developing country, there's a larger gap between China and the western developed countries in the level of economic development, so it's important to research the theory and practice of China's public service marketization combined with the actual conditions.Besides the introduction, the article is mainly divided five parts. The first part is related concept and the theoretical foundation in public service marketization. Firstly, I elaborated the public service marketization connotation and the characteristic; secondly, analyzed the theoretical foundation in public service marketization. The second part described the western countries' practice of the public service marketization. The third part is carefully examines the practice of our country's public service marketization. First, summarized the practical requirements of our country's public service marketization; second, summarized the extent and way of our country's public service marketization; finally, pointed out the preliminary result which our country public service marketization obtained and some questions in the process. The fourth part analyzes two cases of our country. The fifth part is to discuss effective measures about deepening our country's public service marketization.
