With the development of economic globalization, China has more opportunity to participate in international projects. But cooperative project has bigger risk than local project since it is affected by political, economic, cultural and environmental factors of different countries. Among them, the people - as the most dynamic and creative resources, when it is not in control, it will increase project time and cost, even cause the failure of project. In this paper, we began with a detail cooperative project in actual working. We aimed at finding detail human factors hidden in the cooperative projects; then carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis, calculate the weight of these factors, and accordingly work out a reasonable strategy to deal with these problems. This article is from the start with the definition of human factors, which is divided into three parts, own people, people live in different environment, the interaction between people. Traditional Management Sciences mostly use empirical analysis, but qualitative analysis can't be so effective and accuracy. This article tries to use FAHP quantitative analysis for risk management calculation in order to enhance the effectiveness and accuracy of the analysis. To solve the human factors effective in cooperative projects, the author also put forward a series of countermeasures. It is not enough to monitor and control human factors during project development. We also need give more attention during project feasibility evaluation. The author made an evaluation and response list about human factors used at the beginning of the project so that we can prevent some risk.
