Organizational crisis is a widely studied topic, Benoit and Coombs who were against the company's products made in the Image Restoration Crisis Theory and Situational Crisis Communication Theory. To guide enterprises to develop crisis communication work. Many scholars based on the theory they put forward on the post-crisis communication strategy to do a more extensive research. Although the focuses of attention of different scholars are not exactly the same result in different conclusions between studies is difficult to integrate or even some contradictions. This research is tried to find the crisis in the enterprise context of industrial accidents, attempt a more microscopic perspective of the enterprise crisis response strategy is from which path to affect the enterprise employee's attitude.By reviewing previous studies, we find that post-crisis response strategies of enterprises, not through a single path on the impact behavior and attitude of employee, but play a role from the two paths. This research results showed:organizational crisis response strategy will affect both employees and corporate responsibility attributed to the recognition of response strategies, but in this direction on the role of the two paths is separate.Among them, the apology and denial leads to more responsibility attribution, response strategies, but the apology has been the highest recognition, denied recognition by the lowest; no response strategy led to the attribution of responsibility at least to get the middle levels of acceptance of response strategies. Strategy recognition of the role of policy is stronger than the role of attribution of responsibility, namely, acceptance of response strategies play a role in response strategies is the main path; acceptance of response strategies of risk perception and reliability through the staff's enterprises evaluation and organizational commitment to an indirect effect. Responsibility attribution is more of a direct effect on the enterprises evaluation and follow-up behavior and attitude, organizational commitment.
