First of all, the author provides sufficiently explanation about the substantiality, realistic significance and industry background of the paper. The paper fully discussed the marketing characteristics of Chinese heavy-duty truck products. Based on the fully analysis of industry situation, trend and competition methods in China the author draws the conclusion that the customer-orientated marketing conception and scaled-customized production are the main trend and competition methods for sure. Therefore the demands of final users are the driving forces of the whole business system. The effectiveness of this driving force is determined by the degree of coupling of products and customers'value. The objects of the article is to let the customers realize the professional value of the truck makers by shorten the processes from customers, configuration, receiving orders, material preparation, production, delivery and aftermarket services and increase the response speed of the whole processes, which is customer or potential customer demands oriented.Based on the lean manufacturing concept which including products and production planning, products platform, configuration module, customized strategy, rolling schedule, order strategy, production schedule, logistics and integration of MIS, .The author creatively raises the concept of customer value demands coupling, and designs the business processes and organization structure which can meet customer demand coupling.The core value of this article is the establishment of value module. The author creatively introduces ROI as a quantitative index to evaluate the degree of coupling of heavy-duty truck products and customized value, which makes the value coupling to be measurable, makes the continuous improvement to be sustainable. It also provides a measurable tool to improve the production and value deploring.The author designs the structure for heavy-duty truck value realization in the paper. The paper also provides database management and business management for the value coupling operation from the viewpoint of product data management and enterprise production strategy. Meanwhile, based on the operation of value coupling, the author designs the business organization and processes to make the value coupling is not only concept ional creative but also operational creative. The paper provides a thesis and way for the traditional enterprises from manufacturing, sales to value chain.The conclusion of the paper was applied to an existed case– dock tractor bit- in the paper. According to the calculation of this application, the module reflects reality tropism of value elements and evaluation, which vilifies the feasible and reasonable of the module.Finally, the author projects that the enterprise full processes value coupling research and value coupling information system will be the future subject for enterprises.
