Research On Informatization Of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group

Today consumer and changes dominate the market structure and its evolution. Under this condition, enterprise has to understanding the market demands and the changes, and further to fulfill these needs, only in this way can it success and achieve its healthy development. During this process, Informatization plays a meaningful role. So is it for China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) which once suffered great heavy crises in the past. In this research, paper investigates the informatization status of CNHTC, and uses relevant model to measure it, in order to gain deeper understanding of its achievement, and points out the possible shortcomings and hence to prompt its informatization construction to a higher level and also summarizes experiences for others. So it has apparent practical meaning; also in this research paper validates cognitive-based informatization measure model, and from this angle, it shows some theoretical value.This research contains following contents. In chapter 1, it starts with the problem specification, and gives necessary literature reviews concerning informatization, its measures and other topics. Then it discusses the informatization status of CNHTC, points out its background and the components of its information system (Chapter 2). In chapter 3, research measures the informatization level of CNHTC using practical survey data, including both objective measure and subjective measures, also it gives a comparative research about the informatization differences between small-and-medium-sized companies and CNHTC, and based these results summarizes its characters which includes achievements and shortcomings. In chapter 4, paper proposes some principles and countermeasures to improve its informatization construction practice. Finally, this paper summarizes its accomplishments and points out its possible limitations.
