Along with the road transportation and air movement's fast rising, "lords over the world" by the railroad the passenger transportation market are unceasing nibbling by the road and civil aviation, the railroad source of tourists is draining unceasingly, the market share is reducing slowly. Under these circumstances, the synthesized transportation system has been established. Thus, competition was carried though among different transportations. It is very obvious that railway is in a lowerhand position. One of the reasons which lead to this unoptimistic here is that marketing work is not done well. In this paper, the author is going to make a deep research on the passenger transportation marketing based on the modern market marketing theory.This paper from the start with the realities of national railway on passenger transportation ,through with the overseas railway transportation marketing method contrast, proposed our country railway transportation enterprise develops the market marketing the necessity. Then embarks from the Shenyang Railroad Bureau's special details, has systematically analyzed the threat and the opportunity which the Shenyang Railroad Bureau's superior inferiority and faces, elaborated how to find the Shenyang Bureau passenger transportation product through the effective market segmentation the goal market and carries on the correct product localization. Moreover, this dissertation also attempts to reach other areas such as the products of railway passenger transportation, the price strategy of product, the distribution of promotion, the market strategy and so on. It means to provide some support to the research of the passengertransportation of Shenyang Railway Bureau. This paper also acts according to the Jinzhou passenger transportation the actual situation and the characteristic, carried on from the basic unit station section angle has analyzed comprehensively and proposed some concrete marketing countermeasure and provids some synthesized and scientific material for the Jinzhou station and the Jinzhou south station development passenger transportation marketing.
