With the experience era coming, tourists pay more and more attention to strong participate and high entertaining tourism projects, countries around the world initiate new tourism projects. Because event tourism is full with cultural connotation, participatory and entertaining, it become outstanding representation of new tourism item, and deeply loved by destination. Event tourism not only to promote tourism demand and generate substantial revenue, but also promote the image of the host place, is catalyst for a new round of tourism.However, for long time, Our country's travel agents which is "small, scattered, weak and poor," face situation of the "marginalization", but they did not give enough attention to event tourism, travel agency make imbalance role in the event tourism. As a result, through the theory of management, sociology and economics, it has far-reaching theoretical and practical significance to discuss interactive development between travel agencies and event tourism This article is divided into five chapters, Firstly, through reviewing of domestic and foreign event tourism-related papers and carding the concept and types of event tourism, on the basis of which to make an empirical analysis about actuality of travel agencies and event tourism interactive development to, sum up the event tourism have positive and negative impact on travel agencies, reveal travel agency and its stakeholders make role-imbalance in the event tourism, analyze an in-depth reasons. And then analyze the possible advantages of travel agency become a leader, innovation put forward some choice of path and model to become leader in event travel, "Three-stage", "four-mode". Finally, from role conversion of travel agency and its stakeholders in the tourism event, put forward the corresponding strategies, especially for travel agencies, build a "creative destruction" of the innovation system as support system of the interactive development model, at same time, it provide the idea for travel agencies keep sustainable development.
