How Strategic Investors Affect Operation Performance Of State Commercial Banks

State commercial banks are the key factor to advance national economy, support restructuring economy system, maintenance society steady and there are the most important to financial reform. This paper takes the operation performance of state commercial banks as the study case, focusing on how strategic investors affect operation performance, and discussing quiddity, feasibility and observing problem with the introducing of strategic investor, so as to find out a way for commercial banks to adapt to fierce competition in globalization. First of all, defining what is strategic investors and through concepts introduction and documents summary, the paper gives out home and abroad theory how strategic investors affect the operation performance in commercial banks and all of this can give out the relationship between strategic investors and operation performance. Secondly, use questionnaire and t-test to analyse the correlation between strategic investors and operation performance. Next, from the part of quantitative and qualitative to analyse (ICBC,CBC,BC) operation performance. Finally, All above gives the conclusion of "strategic investor help state commercial banks to consummate corporation governance, enhance venture control, advance individual capability, and finally can improve operation performance". Ultimately, bring forward the problem in the course of introducing strategic investor and look forward to the future of deepening the reform of commercial banks.
