Research On The Issues Of DBR System Based On Synchronous Manufacturing

With the development of economy and the change of environment, enterprise's competition is becoming more and more intensive. Competition among enterprises focuses on the problem that whether the products can serve customers better. This needs effective production system which can not only satisfy the users'requests of the products, but also quickly reflect and satisfy the market's demand and realize enterprise's management.Strategic target facilitates enterprise to achieve competitive advantage in the market, and create more benefits. This article introduces one kind of effective productive plan and control system-Synchronous Manufacturing (SM) system, by the synchronized manufacture's thought, the goal and the appraisal system, the basic principle, and uses the mathematical model quantitative to analysis bottleneck link of the synchronized manufacture process batch and transmission batch. This paper also proposes the MPS of synchronized manufacture to dive dug to the bottleneck.The first chapter of this paper is the introduction. Firstly, it elaborates this study's background and the significance. Then it further analyzes and introduces the domestic and foreign correlations research results. Lastly, it elaborates the main research content of this paper.The second chapter introduces productive plan and control which faced by modern enterprises. Through analyzing the MRPII system and the JIT system application and the limitation, this paper compares the advantages and disadvantage around the method TOC of the synchronized manufacture' system and the MRPII system and the JIT system. This part also proposes the synchronized manufacture' management philosophy.Third chapter emphatically elaborates based on the synchronized manufacture to optimize bottleneck link, from the synchronized manufacture basic thought and the philosophy of TOC manpower, and introduces the synchronized manufacture goal and the appraisal system, the basic principle, the basic step and dig to the bottleneck link. Finally it introduces the synchronized manufacture to optimize bottleneck link tool's DBR system and the productive plan diagram.The fourth chapter promotes the using of the constraint theory to set up the specific steps for the formulation and control of enterprises production planning. Through specific examples to illustrate practical significance of the use of DBR system to plan arrangements for the productionFifth chapter is the summary of this article. It pointes out this paper's insufficiency, and offers some suggestions for the future study.
