The Research Of Private Enterprises' Financing Problem And Countermeasure In Hunan Province

Since the policy of reform and opening worked, the Private enterprises' in Hunan Province gets a remarkable achievement, especially to increasing employment opportunity , promoting economic development and stabilizing financial source. But along with the deepening of market economy reforms and the hard competition with enterprise , the Problem of financing for private enterprise becomes universal problem .Analyzing the causation to enterprises financing Problem from the inner and the external, searching after the strategy to solute financing Problem, then to accelerate enterprise' healthy and fast development.First, this thesis introduces the status quo of financing problems of Private enterprises especially small and medium- sized ones from the viewpoint of domestic and foreign scholars , summarizing the related research results systemically ,among the domestic research results , it sums up from the following three aspects : the small and medium-sized enterprises financing status quo , the reasons of financing obstacles , and the countermeasure to solve the obstacles given above.Second, Beginning with financing basic concept, marking definition about private enterprise , discussing the effects and characteristic of private enterprise . On the base of the financing theories , summing up the financing characteristic,financing channel and financing pattern of private enterprise.Next ,the second chapter of this thesis utilizes mass data analysis to demonstrate the status quo of private enterprises in Hunan and its positive role ,meanwhile Pointing out the bottleneck of further development of private enterprises in Hunan , specifically the financing obstacles. Then, the financing difficulties of private enterprises in Hunan are given analysis deeply.Then it analyze the special reason of financing difficulties of private enterprises in Hunan from both the internal and the external, combining with the specific status of private enterprises in Hunan . Last but no least, the sixth chapter sets forth the countermeasure targeting at cracking out the financing difficulties of private enterprises in Hunan . And this part on the basis of the third and fourth chapters brings up countermeasure and suggestion to alleviate the financing difficulties of private enterprises in Hunan, from following three aspects respectively : enterprises themselves, government and banks.
