Financing Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Small And Medium-sized Private Agricultural Science And Technology Enterprises In Yunnan

Private economy is an important part of China's economy,a feature of the economic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and an important force to promote China's economic growth and economic restructuring.Based on Yunnan province agricultural science and technology,small and medium enterprises financing difficulties and countermeasures for research object,use the analysis methods such as literature retrieval method,the random sampling method,in Yunnan province,Yunnan province as a whole agricultural science and technology,small and medium enterprises financing difficulties were analyzed,and then through the study of the random sampling of new three board listed companies in Yunnan province,randomly selected from three parallel rivers region of Yunnan province agricultural science and technology co.,LTD.,as a specific case studies,in-depth analysis of its internal,including governance structure,financial,human conditions,equity structure,innovation ability,etc.,analyzing the shortage of their own through the above analysis to find out the root cause of the financing difficulties,And from the enterprise internal and external solutions to solve the financing difficulties of Sanjiang agricultural science and technology company,from the external,to speed up the construction of regional capital market in Yunnan province;Second,we should speed up the construction of the Yunnan policy-based financing guarantee system.Third,accelerate the construction of intellectual property pledge system;Fourth,we should accelerate the construction of funds for key industries in Yunnan province.From the enterprise itself,strengthen the beef cattle breeding core technology research and development;Second,to strengthen the company's human resources competitive advantage;Thirdly,we should optimize the enterprise management mode and realize the transformation from family enterprise management mode to modern enterprise management mode.Fourth,improve and perfect the corporate governance structure;Fifth,agricultural insurance should be fully used to reduce the risk of beef cattle breeding;Sixth,we should properly introduce state capital and optimize equity structure.Seventh,we need to innovate financing methods and broaden the sources of capital.It is hoped that private small agricultural science and technology enterprises in Yunnan province can draw lessons from the countermeasures proposed in this paper to resolve the financing difficulties on the basis of summarizing the causes of the financing difficulties of the case enterprises,so as to help themselves break the financing difficulties and maintain healthy development...
