Research On The Financing Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Private Enterprises In Yanbian

Private enterprise is one of the important economic subjects in the development of market economy,the motive force of sustainable development,and an important part of leading the national economy and social development.Private enterprises play an irreplaceable role in promoting economic development,expanding employment opportunities and technological innovation,and are also the most dynamic elements in the national economy.But it is worth noting that the financing difficulties and financing channels of private enterprises have been puzzling the development of enterprises.If we can not solve the problem of financing effectively,it is very difficult for Yanbian private enterprises to get out of the bottleneck of development and even affect the healthy development of Yanbian economy.Private enterprises in Yanbian create more than 50%of GDP and jobs.Private enterprises' contribution to Yanbian's economic development is obvious to all.However,from the investigation results of private enterprises in Yanbian,most private enterprises have a financing gap and a relatively single financing problem.Financing is the most important problem that restricts the development of private enterprises in Yanbian in recent years.Capital is the capital for enterprises to maintain continuous operation.It is very important to solve the financing problem of private enterprises in Yanbian as soon as possible.On the basis of information asymmetry theory,financing order theory,enterprise life cycle theory and capital structure theory,this paper mainly uses field investigation,literature research and normative analysis to analyze and study the financing difficulties of private enterprises in Yanbian.Based on the statistics and investigation data of the private enterprises in Yanbian,this paper analyzes the financing situation of the enterprises and finds out the problems in the financing of the private enterprises in Yanbian.According to the existing problems,this paper analyzes the reasons for the financing difficulties of private enterprises in Yanbian,and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for solving the problem of financing difficulties.On the basis of the previous research results of the researchers,this paper,based on the actual financing situation in Yanbian state,from the government,financial institutions and enterprises themselves,proposes to broaden the financing channels and explore the feasible countermeasures and proposals in accordance with the present development environment.To create a good financing environment for the development of private enterprises in Yanbian as soon as possible,alleviate the financing constraints of private enterprises in Yanbian,widen the financing channels of private enterprises in Yanbian,and make the private enterprises play a better role in the economic development of Yanbian.The private enterprises in Yanbian will become the engine of promoting the economic development of Yanbian state.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to solve the financing problem of private enterprises to the economic development of Yanbian state.
