Transportation is the basal industry and establishment of national economy. Perfect transportation is the material foundation of economic development. The adapted relation between transportation and economy is not only represents on the total supplied ability but also on the structure. The former studies the relation between transportation and economy from total quantity and the latter is from the structure. Only the transportation supply formed in the structure of demand, it can satisfy the development of economic greatly, and become the most economical system to the economic development.This text researches the relation between transportation and economy in the structure and analyses the equilibrium of supply structure and demand structure. In the fist, this text brings forward the definition of structure equilibrium of transportation supply and demand based on the equilibrium in the economics and the definition of transportation structure and then, discusses the connotation about it. In the last, this text applies the entropy to the transportation, and founds the entropy models of demand structure and supply structure. Based on these entropy models, this text founds the determinant model of structure equilibrium of transportation supply and demand.
