Study On Transportation Development Mode And Mechanism Based On The Symbiosis Theory

Transportation is the basic industrial sector of the national economy.It is an important link in the process of production,distribution,exchange and consumption.It plays an important supporting,guiding and controlling role in the development of social economy.The theory of transportation development is an important basis for the planning and management of the transportation industry.With the deepening of theoretical research and practical exploration,the development concept of comprehensive transport has gradually formed and made great progress.China’s comprehensive transport has formed a distinctive feature in its development process,but have some limitations at the same time,especially the lack of a more complete,rigorous and convincing theoretical support.In the new development situation,the development of China’s transportation needs to be guided and managed by advanced,scientific and reasonable theory.Therefore,this paper studies the development of transportation system and various modes of transportation based on the symbiosis theory,which provides a more favorable concept support and practical basis for all kinds of transportation modes.It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to the development of China’s transportation industry.The main body of this paper can be divided into three parts.The first part: “Basic Theory”.This part introduces the symbiosis theory from the aspects of origin,development and application.The elements and composition of the symbiosis system are expounded from symbiosis unit,symbiosis model,symbiotic interface and symbiosis environment.The second part: “Theoretical Framework”.The symbiosis theory was applied to the transportation development research.Transportation symbiosis development were judged and described.On the basis of expounding the connotation and characteristics of the development of transportation symbiosis,this part puts forward the theoretical framework of the transportation symbiosis development,and analyzes the content of each part of the theory frame system and its corresponding function.The third part: “Problem Analysis”.From the perspective of symbiosis environment,symbiosis structure and symbiosis unit,the dynamic symbiosis between transportation mode and social economy,the symbiosis and characteristics of transportation system,transportation symbiosis mode and its interface selection were studied and analyzed,which is corresponding to the macroscopic,mesoscopic and microscopic parts of the theoretical framework of transportation symbiosis development.The study shows that:(1)Transportation symbiotic development is a variety of modes of transport to achieve the supply and demand of economic equilibrium through the comprehensive transport services under the constraints of resource conditions.It should be use the most reasonable way to meet the needs of the socio-economic maximum through the adjustment of stock and incremental optimization.(2)The paper draws up the theoretical framework of "environment-structure-unit" transportation symbiosis development.It has revised and perfected the existing theory of transportation development planning under the historical evolution,and gives the inherent mechanism to be followed in the development of transportation.(3)Taking the road transport as an example,the relationship between the transport efficiency change and the growth of national economy has a phased feature.The existence and strength of the relationship between the two is established in a certain historical background and policy environment.(4)Taking the road transport as an example,there are no significant causal relationship between transport and national economy after considering the input factors.Road transport system is still relying on the national economic capital,the leading role of the national economic development is insufficient.(5)China’s transportation development mode has changed from "single" to "comprehensive",and the key issues has gradually shifted from "stock" to "incremental".In general,China’s comprehensive transport system structure in a reasonable,balanced and efficient direction of evolution.(6)The development of transportation has experienced four modes: monomer mode,binary model,pluralistic model and comprehensive model.The comprehensive model is the ideal mode of transportation symbiosis with the characteristics of organizational characteristics and the spatial characteristics of symmetrical symbiosis.
