The logistics business environment in China has been improved with the improvement of logistics related policies.However,the logistics enterprise still faces many difficulties,the profit of logistics enterprise is not very high.As a result,these logistics enterprises are facing the large requirement of "decreasing cost and increasing benefit".The transportation cost and storage cost of logistics enterprise accounts for 83.3%.The logistics network planning,which can reduce transportation cost effectively,is a significant way for logistics enterprises to decreasing cost and increasing benefit.Meanwhile,there are a lot of unreasonable situations in logistics node and logistics path during the restructuring,which can increase the cost of enterprises.Thus,this paper puts forward the research direction of logistics network planning.Based on the review of the related literature,the paper establishes the planning of logistics network with the emphasis of the node location and transportation path planningThrough the analysis of the main elements,the object elements and the facilities of the enterprise logistics network,we knew the structure and function of the logistics network,and then defines the cost structure of it.Thus,we established a nonlinear integer programming model which takes the container materials as the object,including multilevel structure of logistics network,and considered the different modes of transport,aiming to minimize total costs,including the construction cost,transportation cost and storage cost.This model is a dynamic model,which can be applied to many kinds of situations,such as different kinds of objects,different structure of logistics network,different transportation modes and so on.Based on the previous literature review,this paper uses simulated annealing algorithm to solve the modelFinally,we established a logistics network planning model of four layers,which takes the wine as the object,and considers the highway transportation and railway transportation,based on the research of A Logistics Company.Then we got the quantity of the wine in every logistics node.Through the analysis,it is necessary to establish the logistics node and the transportation route between the nodes.And,the research goal has been completed which set at the beginning:(1)We constructed the logistics network planning model,and found out the corresponding algorithm based on the analysis of enterprise logistics network planning system and combining with the planning theory;(2)We verified the above model can be solved based on the empirical study of A Logistics Company;(3)Based on the above logistics network planning model,we got the rationalization proposal for A Logistics Company.
