And it cause the worse life quality and bad health, even to the life. The tragic about it has happened recently in our county. So, now, there is a new core problem about Human Recourse Management, that is how to manage the press.One of the press management tools, EAP ( Employee Assistance Program) is a long profit system provided by the organization. It plays an important role in the job press management.This thesis is about the summary about the press, EAP—the tool of press management and so on. It shows how it develops and what is the step. The author analyze the data via SPSS, create a plan based on the research of a department in Sinotrust.The value of this thesis is the study is from the side of HR management, not only of psychological, and what's more, it shows how to combine EAP with HR management together. But the result may be not exact because of the small number of sample. |
