China is the most populous country in the world. Economic development has improved people's health care level. The raised requirement of health service will be developed. So, all this has led to unprecedented progress in medical appliance in China. Except competition of Chinese medical device market with those international big names such as GE, Philips, SIEMENS, there are also vigorous competitions with domestic well-known firms such as Mindray, Aeonmed, Choicemmed, and many small domestic businesses. Despite the furious competition, but times of crisis are also times of opportunity. Along with the establishing of China's position as the centre of manufacturing in the world, the opportunity of opening the international market has been possessed. Therefore, to achieve the optimal allocation of business resources and enhance the competitiveness, choosing the development strategy is an urgent task to domestic companies. Whether evaluating from competition situation or from own development needs, developing a good business strategy is necessary. It is very important and significant for domestic firms to research the competitive strategy develop the international market.This paper takes a domestic medical appliance limited company as the study subject and takes use of strategic management theory to research medical appliance development trends, analyzes internal and external environment of the Choicemmed limited company. The external environment include political, economic, social, technological and development tendency of medical appliance industries; The internal resources include the structure of organization, human resource, corporate finance, research and design, marketing , quality, operations and supply chain management, then turns out to its opportunities and threats, advantages and disadvantages, point out the enormous developing potential in Choicemmed.On the basis of analysis, the Choicemmed's overall development strategy in the future is developed, which include strategic objectives, strategic stages, the guarantee conditions and so on. Thus, we choice the stability strategy and cost leadership strategy. Finally, a number of recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of the Choicemmed are presented. we have been actively carrying out the competitive strategy, maintaining a stable and high-speed growth.The empirical analysis and normative analysis are used in researching process. Talking with the high-level leaders , collecting the data on domestic and international economic environment, researching medical appliance and other industries all play important role in researching process. Apart from that, research the famous medical device corporate development strategy is helpful for developing that of Choicemmed. In conjunction with resource accumulation since the beginning of company and the external condition, Choicemmed's stability and growth strategy is proposed.
