In enterprise's whole activity, marketing is the center link. Therefore, the marketing personnel's work has the important function to the enterprise, the marketing personnel's quality also manages with the enterprise is closely related. However in the domestic marketing development process, the marketing personnel at first only is engaged in the simple sales promotion, most of them do not have the relevant professional knowledge, the school record are somewhat low, its overall quality is less than the standards of modern marketers.Whether is the marketing personnel competent the work of marketing positions, completes the work task to achieve enterprise's goal highly effective, to a great extent depend on the competent characteristic which own has in them. But our country is also insufficient to importance of marketing personnel and the substance of research is not enough.
