The recent tourism industry has a fast development and has became the most brisk socio-cultural and economic activities in the home and broad since 1949. However, because of the complexities of modern social, political, and economic situation and sensitivities of the tourism industry itself, which made the tourism industry facing various crises and external challenges. The tourism Sustainable development as an important element of management, the tourism post-crisis management become a major issue between the industry and academic circles, having attracted more and more attention.The author standing on the position of tourist destination to study the tourism cri-sis management in an important stage---the post-crisis management as the central topic of discussion about restart and recovery of tourism in a destination after the cri-sis in this paper.The article study the post-crisis management based on Public administration the-ory, psychology theory, chaos theory and Tourism and its related theories, looking for a lot information to enrich the fundamental research. The article started from the con-ception of crisis, crisis management, and interpreted the content of the tourism crisis and the post-crisis of tourism industry, and analyze the main bodies of post-crisis management of the tourism destinations ----the government, the tourism industry as-sociations, the tourism enterprises, the public of tourism destination and other subjects, and the objects---tourism consumers and the social community, and the third-parties---the media, competitors, and other related organizations, and study their responsibilities and obligations respectively. And then, according to the characteris-tics of the tourism post-crisis stage, the paper study the content and the processes of two parts of post-crisis management---the recovery period and the conversion pe-riod ,and establish the mechanism for research of tourism destination. Finally, the pa-per take the different three types crisis and different destinations of Washington"9.11 terrorist attacks" post-crisis management, China's SARS post-crisis management and Taiwan's "9.21 Earthquake" post-crisis management for examples to study the possi-bilities and the practice of post-crisis management of the tourism destination.
