Accompany with the development of open-and-reform and the establishment and improvement of social market economy, the market is becoming more and more competitive. At the same time, in the context of China's entry into WTO, peasant is forced to adapt themselves to a changing market. As a result of the organization defect of the individual peasant themselves, making the scattered peasants and the big market will be more contradict. The organization of peasants has become more important. Organization of peasants for the development of agricultural economic is one of the important ways, a country's competitiveness of agricultural products, to a large extent depend on the degree of organization of peasants. Report on the Party's National Congress explicitly put forward to "improve the organization of peasants into the market level." However, the level of development of economic organizations of peasants is relatively low, the constraint factors include, peasants themselves, the own shortcomings of peasants organizations, the most important is the system environment. Based on the peasants aware of the importance of economic organizations, as well as the inadequacy of current research and practice problems, In China, the peasants at different stages of economic organization will be studied to understand better and analyze problems existing in current economic organizations of peasants. To propose a solution to the further development of economic organizations of peasants, in this way, wish to promote economic organizations of peasants.This article consists of Introduction, Text and Conclusion these three parts. The Introduction is briefly introduced the purpose of the problems, significance of research, international research status, the related concepts with theoretical basis and thoughts and methods of the study. The Text has three chapters. Based on various forms of peasants economic organization, the second chapter divides China peasants economic organization developed into three stages, analyzing the performance and the basic of every stage and situation, thus learn the lessons in the new stage of development. The third chapter focuses on analyzing the household contract responsibility system and the new type of farmer economic organization mode after the reform and opening. It describing existing modes and characteristics of the operation, and the problems in the development process, and trying to conceive of the author's opinion of the ideal development pattern under current situation of the peasants economic organization. The fourth chapter forwards corresponding suggestions to the peasants economic organization from the internal and external development. Finally, the paper summarizes the conclusion of the research.In brief, this article engaged in studying the development of China peasants economic organization basing on the existing research, looking forward to further improvement of the agricultural economic theory and promotion of the development of farmer economic organization.
