Research On Improving Peasants Organization Extent And Establishing The Long-Team Mechsim Of Increasing Farmers' Income

Rural economics in China is at comparatively low level for a long period of time. The comparative difference of urban and rural income is greatly large. Particularly, the disparity of governable income is continually enlarged in recent years. How to prosper country economy and establish the long-team mechanism for the increase of fanners' income, making the agricultural development adapted to the requirements of market economy system, is a great challenge of solving three-agro issues in the new historical circumstance. The facts have proven that effective organization system is extraordinarily important for the upgrade of whole agricultural performance and the enhancement of its competition in the market. At the present condition, searching for suitable organization model for development from farmers' own demands under the leadership of Chinese Communist Party and all levels of governments is an essential aspects for the socialistic new country construction, it is also an inevitable trend of modern agricultural economy evolution. However, the organization extent in Chinese country is relatively low. Effective produce organization has not been established in some area, though founded in some places, many types of agriculture organization's development extent varies largely form each other. Most of them are in elementary stage, there are many problems in its progress. Therefore, it is of great significance in theory and practice that fostering and consummating agriculture organization system, increase farmers' income. Form this basis, this dissertation involves systemic study on rural systematization extent by analysis in concept and number , taking Pixian county for an example, according to many practical investigation and collecting data. In the first part, western and Chinese agriculture systems' transformation and development experiences are summarized. The effect of economic organization for economy rise is pointed out, the effective arrangements of produce and management in agriculture are analyzed. Then, the history and reality of china agriculture organization is reviewed, basic relationship between advancement of agricultural organization and methods are adopted to study the Pixian county systematization extent, in search of its experiences in the agriculture development. Finally correlative policy Suggestions are given.
