This paper uses the marketing strategy theory: 5P + S combination, the five forces competitive model, Game theory, SWOT matrix analysis and so on, which are the classical theories and cutting-edge interdisciplinary researches in marketing, management science, economics, and operations research area. This paper has an in-depth analysis to marketing strategies of coal enterprises. The data source object is national investment Xinji Group in HuaiNan.including six aspects: product, price, distribution, promotion, quality of the service and public relations. It researches enterprises in the marketing environment how to take fully into account competitive conditions and market demand for developing effective marketing strategies. The paper has advantages of traditional marketing theory, relationship marketing theory, services marketing theory, integrated marketing theory and some other modern marketing theory. It makes the coal marketing strategies, solve the coal enterprises marketing strategies problems, which the coal enterprises long-term face but easier ignore, and make recommendations to the coal enterprises. This paper has especially important practical significance for the coal enterprises on the current situation of the economic crisis. As well as it provides a reference for government departments which formulate energy policies, macro-control and enhance the overall strength of coal enterprises.The innovations in this article are as follows:(1) 5P + S combination of marketing strategies are the cutting-edge marketing theory, which are used to analyze the retail and manufacturing. It is rarely involved in marketing analysis for energy industries, particularly the coal industry. This paper has the research of the six aspects : product, price, distribution, promotion, quality of the service, public relations, and make up for the lack of marketing strategy research for Coal enterprises; (2) It analysis products, use product-layer level theories and A-share listed of the policies ;(3) This paper uses game theory analysis of the price, which is now applied to the retail industry. The research that game Analysis of the coal prices, is weak on the current theory. This paper emphasis on competition and market demand factors, the use of game theory to formulate the optimal sales price for the principle of analysis, not only to study the coal business and customers, but also studied business and other coal companies, the price of alternative energy enterprises game for enterprises to develop targeted strategies for the more reasonable price.(4) In this paper, service management theory and public relations theory are applied to marketing theories to form the service strategy and public relations strategy for the coal enterprises. To some extent, it can be said of the complete and innovation to the marketing disciplines on the structure.
