Risk Assessment And Strategy Research To The Highway Operation Enterprise

At present, the highway construction in our country has been developing with high speed, this promotes the highway operation enterprise develops rapidly. But the risk investigation to the highway operation enterprise is inadequate now. To provide a scientific risk assessment method to the highway operation enterprise, this paper carries a research on risk assessment and strategy of the highway operation enterprise.First this article in analyzes the main problems of the risk assessment to the highway operation enterprise, has pointed out the paper research goal and the significance, as well as the domestic and foreign-related areas of research progress of the narrative summary.Then this article applies the domestic and foreign risk management concept and the fundamental research achievement, unifies the management characteristic of the highway operation enterprise, has analyzed the highway operation enterprise's risk characteristic. On the basis of this the article idenfies the risk of the highway operation enterprise, constructs a highway operating system of risk indicators.After that through the selection to some common risk assessment method, this article choose to use the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
