A Study On Circulation System Of Agricultural Products Of Henan Province

Circulation of Chinese agricultural products is not only a critical problem that the Chinese government is focusing on,but also a problem that the whole society pays high attention to.At the same time,it is an important problem many experts both domestic and abroad have always been researching on with great concentration.With the establishment and the development of China's socialism market economy system,it is being realized that the circulation of agricultural products is of great significance on protection of the farmers'interest and insurance of agricutural products'security.According to the international experience and the situation of our country,on one hand,we should make use of the maket mechanism to adjust the relationship between supply and demand of agricultural products;on the other hand,we should take advantage of circulation policy to control the circulation of agricultural products both domestic and abroad,which will protect the profits of farmers as well as the agriculture itself.In market economy countries,the circulation policy of agricultural products has become the core part of the whole agricultural policy.At present,there exist many problems to be settled urgently in the field of agricultural products circulation for historical reasons and the non-completeness of the current policy.For example:The mechanism of agricultural products price is not rational.The agricultural products credit support policy is not perfect.The cooperation relation between the agricultural products surplus regions and the agriculturalproducts shortage regions is not durable and stable.The management mechanism of the government agricultural products reserves is inefficient.And the reform of the state-owned agricultural products enterprises remains an arduous task.If these problems could not be solved in time,the deepening reform of agricultural products circulation system would be obstructed.Since reforming and opening to the world ,Henan province has made substantantial advance agricultural products circulating system.But similar to other regions of our country, some problems still exist; we must resolve it which even hinders the agricultural products normal to circulate. Therefore, studying the problem of Henan agricultural products circulation system has current significance at present stage.However, we can see, America,Germany and South Korea, that lead into the correct path and summarized many experiences, these were worth us profiting from it, create system to apply to us. The agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, only when agriculture is fully developed can other industries have the foundation of the development. Therefore, the research refer to the circulation system of Henan agricultural products has positive meaning for development Henan agriculture industrialization, the development of agriculture, and ramming foundation of the development of the national economy.On the basis of explaining the basic theories of agricultural products circluation systems, we analyze the current situation and existing problems of agriclutural products circulation systems in Henan, profits advanced experiences from the domestic and foreign, and proposed the countermeasure to consummating the agricultural product circluation system in Henan Province.This text is formed by seven chapters: in chapter1,we introduced the research significance, the mentality, the method and the innovation spot; in chapter2, we summarize from theoretically for the problem of agricultural products circulation; in chapter3, we has reviewed the agricultural products circlution systems and the current situation in Henan.in chapter4,we profit advanced experiences from the domestic and foreign, we select Heilongjiang and Shandong in domestic, and select America,Geman and South Korea in foreign; in chapter5,we analyze the problem in agricultural products circulation systems of Henan;in chapter6, we proposed the countermeasure to consummation the agricultural product circulaiton system in Henan Province; in chapter7,we summarizes the main contents in this thesis.
